VR TOURS
Virtual Reality Tours for Real Estate & Architecture
A VR tour lets buyers, tenants and clients walk through a home or building before it’s built, on a phone, tablet, computer or VR headset. They choose where to go and what to look at, and get a real sense of size, layout and light. Since 2002, ArchiBIM has created immersive visualizations for clients across the Washington, DC Metro area and nationwide.

How it works
- Plans and finishes. Send floor plans and finish selections; we agree on the rooms and viewpoints.
- 3D model and lighting. We build and furnish the spaces, and you review still views first.
- Tour delivery. You receive a link you can share, embed on your website or run in the sales center.
