Exterior Renderings for Developers, Builders & Architects

Since 2002, ArchiBIM has created photorealistic exterior renderings that help projects sell, lease and win approval before construction begins. We’re based in Chantilly, Virginia, in the Washington, DC Metro area, and work with clients nationwide. Everything is handled online, from the first drawings to the final files.

How it works

  1. Send your drawings. CAD or BIM files, 3D models, PDFs or even sketches. We confirm the scope, views and schedule.
  2. Wireframe draft, usually within one week. Black-and-white views so you can check the building structure and choose camera angles before we add materials.
  3. Materials, lighting and landscape. We apply finishes, colors, landscaping and atmosphere, and refine them with your feedback.
  4. Final images. Polished, high-resolution renderings delivered online.

Turnaround: 1–3 weeks depending on scope, with the first draft usually within one week.

What affects the price

The number of views, the level of detail and surrounding context, aerial versus street-level views, night or special lighting, and how fast you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work outside the DC area?
Yes. We serve clients nationwide. Reviews and deliveries happen online, so location doesn’t change the process.

Can you start before the design is final?
Yes. Early massing views work well for feasibility studies and approvals, and we update them as the design develops.

Can the same model be used for other things?
Yes. The 3D model we build for your renderings can also be used for animations, VR tours, augmented reality and physical scale models, so everything stays consistent.
