EYA's latest community benefits from ArchiBIM's one-stop shop approach

Steps from two red line Metro stations, and one of DC's oldest universities, Chancellor's Row will offer handsome four-level townhomes, designed to blend with the surrounding architecture, and offer easy access to your favorite destinations.

ArchiBIM artists worked closely and under tight deadlines with the developer to create a series of photorealistic and watercolor renderings, scale model, site and floor plan artwork and LEED educational cutaway section for the EYA's newest community in Washington, DC.

Our inclusive line of services and easy one point access approach to this project helped the client marketing team monitor closely the progress on all the artwork, share information quickly and with confidence that every small detail or revision will be addressed throughout the entire range of products - from the single floor plan to the massive scale model display. Our optimized workflow contributed significantly to keep the marketing deadlines and opening date on time, alleviated the micromanagement of the artwork production giving the client the opportunity to focus on the overall process and sales.
